MCAS (and it's co-conditions) is a complex condition that requires a more structured and in-depth approach than standard primary care. Even if you are not yet diagnosed, but believe this problem may be the cause.

Sexual Wellness / Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Package
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) uses plant-derived hormones that are structurally identical to those your body naturally produces. These are less inflammatory and are often SAFER than synthetic hormones.

Medical Assisted Metabolic Reset
Our Medical-Assisted Metabolic Reset program is included in our Direct Primary Care Membership. We believe that obesity and all the co-morbid conditions that go along with it should be addressed within the primary care scope. Even still, we combine personalized care, evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle support, and safe medication options to help you achieve sustainable results. With medical guidance at every step, we focus on improving metabolism, supporting energy, and promoting long-term health—not just short-term weight loss.

Concerned about a new medication or supplement that you think will help but you react to EVERYTHING?
Have you been told to just try a medication in a doctor's parking lot?
Back when we were kids I went to my allergist and trialed foods in his office. That doesn't happen now.
Now patients are told to try medications in the ER parking lot and hope for the best. We decided to provide a safe space where it is nurse-led, but provider supervised (and in the office at all times!) for a controlled trial of medications and supplements.
We have emergency equipment available and ambulance department next door. We take your safety seriously and don't think you should be unsupervised trialing medications alone.
Each item can be tested in 1 - 3 visits.
Trials are usually 3 - 4 hours long.
