Insurance

Here at Your Wellness Path, I do NOT accept any insurance. Why?

We decided not to take insurance because we care more about your health — not less.

Insurance companies often control:

How long I can spend with you
What tests or treatments I can order
How I'm allowed to document and diagnose

That’s not how real healing works. So, at Your Wellness Path I created something better.

- A membership model that gives you access to care, at a flat monthly rate. No guesswork. No red tape. Just care that’s focused entirely on you.

- You can still use your insurance for labs, imaging, prescriptions, and specialists — and We’ll help guide you through that.

- But your relationship with me? That’s direct, simple, and completely centered around your path to wellness.

(Please note this is NOT insurance and insurance is still recommended for emergency and specialist needs.)

We CAN provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance, please note that membership fees are often NOT covered in this case. STARTING IN 2026 HSA will COVER DPC fees!!

DPC membership - 150 for the initial visit; $80/ month after that;

Intake/initial visit for non-DPC member: Functional/BHRT/TRT/ Weight Loss $175.00

Follow-up visits for non-DPC member: Functional/BHRT/TRT/Weight loss $90.00

Lab Draw for non-DPC member$10.00

EKG for non-DPC member$35.00

Pellet insertion - initial$450.00

Pellet insertion - subsequent$400.00

Missed appt fee (DPC members lose an appointment) $25.00

Lab/ chart review (non-DPC) $50.00

CLIA Waived Testing (Non-DPC, as part of an appt) $30.00

Sutures/Staples (as part of an appt, DPC member get discounts) $55.00

In-house medication (as part of an appt, DPC members get discounts) $based on medication
